Finished!

Except for an uncountable number of stitches to make the chartreuse i-cord around the entire perimeter of the wrap.

2 x 495 + 2 x ? = I don't want to know.

    I haven't done a lot of i-cord, but I'd be tempted to try a bit with reverse single crochet (crab stitch) first. It's lovely so far.
